Methods of Payment

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted.

Returns

No Merchandise will be accepted for return without prior authorization. Returned material must be in sellable condition. Out-of-town shipments must be returned pre-paid F.O.B. Kansas City, Missouri. All returns are subject to a 15% handling charge. Special order items and/or material milled to specifications are not returnable.

Claims

Shortage and damages must be noted on Bill of Lading or carrier's freight bill at time of receipt of goods. Hidden damages should be directed to carrier within 5 days unless otherwise specified by carrier.

Milling to Customer Specifications

In order to expedite your mill order and keep the cost of milling as low as possible, a sample of the material to be milled or a full-scale drawing of pattern to run are required at time of order. Common and/or existing Schutte Lumber Company patterns are expected.

After material is cut or in the process of manufacture, a charge will be made for any material and/or labor loss due to cancellation of order or change in specifications. The finished product is a "product or the saw" AND IS NOT RETURNABLE. The only exception to this will be an obvious mismilled product.
